BREAKING: 307 new COVID-19 cases confirmed in Nigeria, new total is 10162

Three hundred and seven (307) new cases of coronavirus infections have been recorded in Nigeria.

This was made public by the Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) in a statement released via its Twitter account Sunday evening.

In the statement Lagos has one hundred and eightyeight (188) new cases of coronavirus infections, followed by FCT with forty four (44) new cases of coronavirus while Ogun State came third with nineteen (19) new cases.

A closer look at the statement reveals that total number of coronavirus infections in Nigeria has jumped to ten thousand one hundred and sixty two (10, 162) cases, out this figure three thousand and seven (3007) have treated and discharged while two hundred and eighty seven (287) deathshave been recorded
