216 new COVID-19 cases confirmed in Nigeria; New total is 6175

The federal government has confirmed 216 new cases of COVID19 in Nigeria.

This was announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control via its official Twitter handle.

According to the tweet Lagos has 74, new cases of coronavirus, followed by Katsina with 33 new cases and Oyo State with 19 confirmed new cases of COVID-19

The statistics shows that total new infections in Nigeria now is 6175. Out of this figure 1644 patients have been treated and discharged while 191 deaths have been recorded.
