BREAKING: Lagos Speaker, Obasa impeached by lawmakers, intall replacement

Lagos State House of Assembly Members have impeached their Speaker Mudashiru Obasa over allegations of abuse of office and gross misconduct.

The lawmakers subsequently elected Mojisola Meranda, representative of Apapa I, as the new speaker.
