BREAKING; Court finally delivers Judgment in Nnamdi Kanu’s case
The Federal High Court in Abuja has convicted Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), on the first count of the terrorism charges brought against him by the Federal Government.
Delivering the judgment, Justice James Omotosho stated that the court was convinced Kanu had conducted a series of broadcasts intended to incite violence and killings as part of his separatist campaign for Biafra.
The judge explained that the verdict was grounded on what he described as “uncontroverted evidence” presented by the prosecution during the trial.
