Peter Obi having nightmare over Obasanjo’s meeting with Remi Tinubu”
Daniel Bwala, a former spokesman for the defunct Atiku-Okowa Presidential Campaign Council, opined that former Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 presidential election, Peter Obi, is deeply concerned about a recent meeting between former President Olusegun Obasanjo and First Lady Remi Tinubu.
Bwala made this assertion through a statement shared via his X handle on Thursday.
He emphasised that the photograph of Tinubu’s wife with Obasanjo is likely to cause Obi considerable distress, suggesting it could keep him awake at night.
The meeting occurred after Obasanjo visited Remi Tinubu on Monday to mark the Sallah festival, following a previous occasion where the former President was seen wearing a cap bearing Tinubu’s emblem.
Regarding Obasanjo’s interaction with Remi Tinubu, Bwala noted that some Pentecostal bishops have also distanced themselves from supporting Obi.
Bwala said: “This picture would give sleepless night to Mr P alias “Greengory.’ @PeterObi.
“I personally know of three prominent Pentecostal Bishops that have also abandoned him and his ‘take back your country hate speech.
“My big uncle Pat Utomi would soon abandon him too. Mark my words.”
