Pastor his Wife and Children reporter abducted by suspected armed Men
Unknown gunmen have kidnapped an Anglican pastor, Rev. Agbadamashi Emmanuel, together with his wife and children along the East-West road by Evwreni junction in Delta State.
PUNCH reported that the Anglican priest and his family members were travelling from Ughelli to Uwheru community in Ughelli North Local Government Area of the State on Friday when the gunmen accosted them and marched them into the bush.
While confirming the incident to newsmen in Warri on Monday, the Public Relations Officer of the Anglican Communion, Ughelli Diocese, Hon. Justice Iyasere, said he could not confirm if the kidnappers had made any ransom demand.
But the abducted cleric and his family were still reportedly in captivity as of the time of filing this report.
