My husband’s manhood is small, he hired his friend to sleep with me – Wife opens up

A local court in Nakonde, Zambia, has dissolved an 11-month-old marriage following a dispute between a young couple over the husband’s inability to satisfy his wife and facilitate pregnancy.

The petitioner, Abigirl Nakamba Sinkala, a 25-year-old nurse awaiting government deployment, dragged her husband, Moris Sinkala, a clearing agent, before the court, alleging that their marriage had been plagued by intimacy challenges.

She told the court that throughout their time together, her husband had only been intimate with her on five occasions, attributing this to what she described as his lack of sexual capability.

Abigirl further alleged that her husband aggravated the situation by suggesting that his friend should sleep with her in order to help the couple have a child, an idea she rejected.

Responding to the claims, Moris Sinkala admitted to his condition but attributed it to supernatural causes, alleging that it began shortly after their wedding.

“Yes your honour, I have failed to satisfy my wife in bed because my manhood is small.
“It became small and short the day after our wedding.

“My first fiancé’s relatives bewitched me”, he said as he struggled to control his tears in court.

He explained that his suggestion involving his friend was driven by a desire to make his wife happy, given his inability to impregnate her.

After hearing both sides, the court ruled in favour of dissolving the marriage.

Following the judgment, Abigirl reportedly declined to take any property acquired by her husband during the union, including a vehicle, laptop, and mobile phones.

She also returned documents related to a house purchased for her mother.

She has since relocated to Kitwe, where she is staying with her elder brother.
