JUST IN: Deputy Governor returns to office after eight-month long absence
Deputy Governor Aminu Alkali has returned to Taraba state’s capital, Jalingo, after an eight-month absence that fueled speculation about his health.
Alkali was last seen in the office in December of last year.
Daily Trust reported that he flew into Jalingo’s Yalo Airport and was then driven to the Government House in a four-vehicle convoy.
A short video clip of his return is circulating on social media.
