BREAKING: PDP wins first Local Government in Ekiti Guber election
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Candidate in the ongoing election, Bisi Kolawole, has been declared winner in Efon Alaye Local Government Area.
According to the result announced at the LGA Collation centre, Kolawole polled a total of 6,303 votes ahead of Abiodun Oyebanji of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who polled 4,012 votes, while Segun Oni of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) came third with 339 votes.
Efon Alaye is the only LGA where Kolawole has been declared winner as of the time of filing this report.
Oni is yet to clinch a single Local Government.
