BREAKING: 338 new coronavirus cases confirmed in Nigeria

The federal government has confirmed 338 new cases of COVID19 in the country.

This was announced by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control via its official Twitter handle Sunday evening.

According to the Centre, Lagos has 177 new confirmed cases of coronavirus, Kano State has 64 new cases, while FCT has 21 cases in that order.

Further analysis shows that total new cases of COVID-19 infections in Nigeria is 5959, out of this figure 1594 patients have been treated and discharged, while 182 deaths have been recorded.
